Ningxia Taikang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Taikang Pharmaceutical") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ningxia Dadi Circular Development Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Dadi Company"). Ningxia Taikang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was founded as Ningxia Xingping Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xingping Chemical").

Xingping company stopped production due to the poor operation in 2014. Under the coordination of the Pingluo County Government, Dadi Company took over Xingping company in October 2015, and Dadi Company obtained all assets of the Xingping company through the auction sponsored by Shizuishan Intermediate People's Court, including machinery, equipment, plant buildings, land use rights and so on.

The industrial advantage of Taikang Pharmaceutical is the Dicyandiamide circular economy industry chain, and our goal and direction is to expand and strengthen the cyanamide industry and then become a public company. After the study and decision of the board of directors and shareholders' meeting of Dadi Company, in order to meet the needs of listing, Taikang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. will be separated from Dadi Company and became an independent company with listing conditions controlled by Dadi Company.
